Does it work at every business?
It works with participating businesses on members.io. Each business chooses its features, membership terms and rewards. Creating an account does not include a paid membership or reserve access to a venue.
Is it free for members?
Members.io is free for members. Businesses charge separately for their own memberships, bookings and purchases. Check the business’s price and cancellation terms before paying.
Who handles a payment or booking issue?
Contact the business about its service, booking or refund. For account or payment-status help, email support@membersdotio.com with your reference. Never email card details or passwords.
Can other businesses see my memberships?
A business sees your membership activity with it, not your memberships elsewhere. Read our privacy policy for information about data use and your rights.
